This accessory building is a small backyard sanctuary to foster creativity and a productive environment for working from home. Designed for performance and longevity, the walls feature Zip-R exterior insulated sheathing and triple-paned windows. Fire-rated construction along the south wall allowed us to situate the building tight to the property line, maximizing available open space in the small back yard.
